- Direct-to-Garment (DTG): Perfect for complex, full-color photographs or gradients with zero minimum order quantities.
- Traditional Screen Printing: The industry standard for bold, solid spot-colors and cost-effective high-volume runs. The ink is pushed directly into the fabric for incredible longevity.
- Fabric Composition: High-grade ring-spun cotton and premium polyester blends available.
- Durability: Twin-needle stitching on hems and double-lined hoods for maximum longevity.
- Care Instructions: Machine washable at 30°C. Do not iron directly over printed/transferred areas.
- Turnaround Time: Standard 5-7 working days depending on embroidery complexity.
To ensure perfect print quality without delays, please supply your artwork according to the following pre-press guidelines:
- Submit logos for embroidery in high-resolution Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG).
- For direct-to-garment (DTG) or transfers, supply PNG files with a transparent background at 300dpi.
- Avoid extremely thin lines or text below 12pt for embroidery to ensure legibility.
