- Industrial Strength: Printed on thick, tear-resistant 440gsm or 510gsm coated PVC vinyl.
- Weather & Fade Resistant: We use specialized eco-solvent and UV inks that withstand harsh sunlight and heavy rain without losing their vibrancy.
- Secure Rigging: Finished with folded, reinforced double-stitched hems and industrial brass eyelets evenly spaced for easy attachment to fences, railings, or brickwork.
- Material Grade: Weather-resistant, UV-stabilized heavy-duty PVC or breathable mesh.
- Finishing: Welded hems for reinforced strength and rust-proof brass eyelets every 500mm.
- Ink Quality: Solvent/Eco-Solvent inks guaranteed against fading for up to 3 years outdoors.

To ensure perfect print quality without delays, please supply your artwork according to the following pre-press guidelines:
- Submit artwork in PDF, AI, or EPS vector formats to retain maximum sharpness.
- Ensure all fonts are outlined/rasterized to prevent font replacement issues.
- Embed all images at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
- Set your color profile to CMYK (RGB files will be automatically converted, which may shift colors slightly).
- Always include a minimum 3mm bleed around all edges.
